The listed townhouse from the early 16th century. century was and is still lovingly restored. Particular emphasis was placed on ecological building materials (wooden floor, lime plaster, clay plaster in the bathroom), so that the accommodation is very suitable for people who want to sleep healthily. Just a stone's throw away is the beautiful historic city center of Schwabach with many cafes, restaurants and shops. A cinema is only about 300 meters away.

The apartment is located on the Hohenmühle, surrounded by greenery, but still in Weißenburg. Between the Franconian Lake District and the Altmühl Valley lies the Hohenmühle, surrounded by horse and cow pastures, you can enjoy the tranquility. Right outside the door you can take a nice walk to the Bismarck Tower. Within 10 - 15 minutes you are on foot in the city center. The apartment is fully equipped for 2-3 people.

Numerous bike paths and the Franconian lake country are very close.

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Located on the second floor on the southern side of the valley, the apartment sits over the rooftops of the historic west suburb. In front of the historic Jura, the Kapellbach spring ripples, where plenty of rainbow trout flocks in the fresh spring water. Alteichstätter refer to the Kapellbuck-Idyll as Kleinvenedig des Altmühltal. Cafes, restaurants, public parking and the island bath are very close by.
