Die Unterkunft besteht aus einem gemütlichem Schlaf-/Wohnbereich mit Doppelbett, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche. Ein Highlight des Appartements ist die große, private Terrasse. Genießen Sie dort einen ruhigen Abend oder schlendern Sie am See entlang. Dieser ist entspannt in ca. 10min zu Fuß erreichbar. Der liebevoll gepflegte Garten und die ruhige Lage laden zum Entspannen ein.

I rent out a 60 m² apartment with 3 rooms for 4 people. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a solid wood house built in 2016 at the end of a cul-de-sac (no through traffic). Kitchen amenities include dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and Senseo as well as coffee pods, tea and spices. In the bathroom (with shower & toilet) you will find fresh bath and hand towels as well as a hairdryer. Chairs and a table are available for the outdoor area.

My place is close to Donauwörth, Nördlingen, Treuchtlingen and Wemding. It is a simply equipped, rural and very cheap! Apartment, "quite basic," to which you should not apply a hotel standard. The bathroom is one staircase lower and is only for guests. Ideal for a stopover! NOT for hotel testers and design experts! We speak English, French, Spanish. Pets are welcome and there is plenty of parking
