Idyllic house by the creek

The house has a beautiful, large garden, with terrace and balcony. It is very idyllically located by a stream. Opposite are only meadows and the edge of the forest. Mönsheim: Located in the middle of the picturesque Heckengäu - protected, some say "a little hidden," in the romantic Grenzbachtal. The outdoor swimming pool is within walking distance of the house. Shops for everyday needs can be found in the town center, including a café in the mill shop. It is only minutes to the A8 highway connection.

Stay in a former forge on the historic estate directly on the Enztal cycle path. Linger in the rose and lavender garden. Relax while walking along the fields or by the river with bathing access. Private entrance, private bathroom with shower/toilet, TV, WiFi, fridge and microwave, 24h check-in. Bed 1.40m wide. Canoe and bicycles can be borrowed. A kitchen with dining / work space, a cozy living room and a bedroom with queen size bed are inviting to relax. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the 2nd floor of a 6-family house overlooking Leonberg. The kitchen has a cozy dining niche and is fully equipped. The beautiful old town is only 600 meters away. It is 15 km to Stuttgart city center and 24 km to the airport. Very conveniently located by car via A8 / A81 and expressway to Stuttgart. The bus stop is 1 minute away. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

Within a radius of approx. 30 minutes are the Black Forest and the Swabian Alps with many hiking trails and excursion opportunities. Our 1.5-room apartment is centrally located in Renningen. The apartment is new and is characterized by the perfect blend of location and charm. The train station is a 5-minute walk away and takes you directly to Stuttgart and Böblingen S6/S61, among others. Shops (bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, etc.) are within walking distance. The stylish bathroom with rain shower and in winter the fantastic underfloor heating give a cozy feeling.

Our small 1-room apartment is modern and cozy. In the bedroom/study, there is a double bed and wardrobe as well as a workstation with an office chair and a flat-screen TV with an armchair. Feel free to use our guest Wi-Fi. The small bathroom is equipped to a high standard and has a walk-in rain shower. In the kitchen you will find everything for daily use (including dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave).
