It is a 4 star apartment, certification of the German Tourism Association, in a detached house (built in 2008) with a separate entrance and a size of 70 sqm. The apartment has * A spacious hallway with cloakroom * Bathroom with shower / bath and window (drying rack, mirror, two terry robes and hair dryer included) * Open plan kitchen with sitting area, two hobs, microwave with oven and grill, fridge-freezer, water and egg cooker, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, freezer with 4 drawers and a hatch to the living room * Living and dining room (with chair), flat screen TV, secretary; * Output from the living room to private terrace with seating for four people (a barbecue is often provided on request in summer) * Bedroom with double bed (1,80 m x 2m), and in addition a double bed (1,60 m x 2m), bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, two wardrobes (travel cot available at no extra charge) The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating and fitted with electric roller shutter motors and smoke detectors in every room. The family house is located in a new residential area in a quiet, traffic-free location. The center of Merten is however easily accessible on foot in about 5 minutes. Until the next station is about 10 minutes (KVB network). The playground 100m away will delight your children, if you want to engage in a peaceful atmosphere to a good book once. Vacation rental by the forest - relax in the moment!

In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. Modern 2 Zi. App. in Bonn

In the immediate vicinity of the Rhine (5 min) and directly in the center of Bonn, my modern apartment is located in the heart of the Beuel district, in a quiet side street. You can easily park in the underground garage. Use the balcony, the modern kitchen or the Sky programs on TV (Bundesliga :-) With the passenger ferry or on foot (15 min) or the tram (2 min) you can quickly reach the Bonn city center. The S-Bahn to the airport or to Cologne can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

Guest apartment with view into the Eifel

The flat is on the second floor in our house. It has three bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, also a fully equipped kitchen ( backing oven and dishwasher) with dining area and open to the living room with sofa and TV. A washing machine is available. From the big balcony there is a overview into the Eifel. In immediate surrounding there is the famous amusement park " Phantasialand ", one of the pilgrim´s routes (Jakobsweg ) and the Erft cycle track is reachable in 300 meters.

Quiet location near the Eifel (15 km) and Koelnmesse (35 km) – perfect for relaxation and excursions.

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Central and cosy! This bright, fully modernised holiday accommodation is located in an annex on the 1st floor of our house, which dates from 1935 and is also our own home. Centrally located yet quiet, furnished with great attention to detail and pleasantly cosy—perfect for settling in and relaxing. The historic Augustusburg Castle, the train station, and the town centre, with its many shops, bars and restaurants, are all within a 3-minute walk.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is only minutes to the lake where you can practice water skiing and other sports activities. Or choose one of the forest routes and enjoy nature. If it is too quiet, it is only a few minutes by car to the regional train. From there you can get to Cologne easily and quickly. What should not be forgotten is of course the beautiful Phantasialand.

You can walk to the train station in 10 minutes and from there you are within 10 minutes of downtown Bonn. 5 minutes' walk behind the house begins the beautiful Kottenforst and invites you to hikes and bike tours.
