It is a 4 star apartment, certification of the German Tourism Association, in a detached house (built in 2008) with a separate entrance and a size of 70 sqm. The apartment has * A spacious hallway with cloakroom * Bathroom with shower / bath and window (drying rack, mirror, two terry robes and hair dryer included) * Open plan kitchen with sitting area, two hobs, microwave with oven and grill, fridge-freezer, water and egg cooker, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, freezer with 4 drawers and a hatch to the living room * Living and dining room (with chair), flat screen TV, secretary; * Output from the living room to private terrace with seating for four people (a barbecue is often provided on request in summer) * Bedroom with double bed (1,80 m x 2m), and in addition a double bed (1,60 m x 2m), bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, two wardrobes (travel cot available at no extra charge) The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating and fitted with electric roller shutter motors and smoke detectors in every room. The family house is located in a new residential area in a quiet, traffic-free location. The center of Merten is however easily accessible on foot in about 5 minutes. Until the next station is about 10 minutes (KVB network). The playground 100m away will delight your children, if you want to engage in a peaceful atmosphere to a good book once. The property was newly opened in January 23. The amenities are cozy & modern. In addition to the particularly convenient location (Train connection in the village/ 250 m from the property/ highway in 5 km) in Odendorf there is an Aldi/ Edeka/ post office/ pharmacy/ gas station/ Rossmann/ restaurant/ bakery/ doctors & a garage. Odendorf is located between Rheinbach & Euskirchen in the Voreifel & is regionally a wonderful starting point for visits to Bonn, Cologne, Brühl, Phantasialand & the Eifel.

In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. The flat is on the second floor in our house. It has three bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, also a fully equipped kitchen ( backing oven and dishwasher) with dining area and open to the living room with sofa and TV. A washing machine is available. From the big balcony there is a overview into the Eifel. In immediate surrounding there is the famous amusement park " Phantasialand ", one of the pilgrim´s routes (Jakobsweg ) and the Erft cycle track is reachable in 300 meters.
