Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. The city center (cathedral...) is easily accessible by public transport and by bike (can be provided). Shops serving everyday needs can be found within walking distance. This beautiful non-smoking penthouse apartment is located on the 5th floor of a residential andcommercial building and is easily accessible by an elevator. From the terrace you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view. An electric awning provides shade. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, sink, fridge with freezer compartment. Kettle, toaster and dishes. In the bedroom, a comfortable 160 cm double bed invites you to sleep. Shower bath, vanity, toilet and bidet are in the bathroom.
