Quietly located, newly renovated apartment (non-smoking) with separate entrance area located directly by the forest. The Nettebad with sauna area is a 10-minute walk, and the city center is 15 minutes away. From August 2024, a modern tennis court with soccer field and gastronomy is a 5-minute walk away

The apartment has a kitchen with 2 stoves, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Parking is sufficiently available. It is only a 5-minute walk to the boulevard, paddock or the Hatzenbach section. The apartment is located directly on the grandstand T13. Ample parking space available.

The 120-year-old oak staircase leads to the duplex floor, which has an additional living area. Here you will find the historic beams of the attic, which is a real highlight of the apartment.
