On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a dining area and a fireplace, a bedroom, and a large bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. The 1st floor consists of a loft-style studio with a large window front, in which there is another double bed. There is also another fireplace, a grand piano and a large corner sofa.
