There is also a conservatory and a roof terrace. The apartment has good transport connections to Düsseldorf, the exhibition center, and Düsseldorf Airport (A 44, A 52, A 57, A 61). Two restaurants are within walking distance. A supermarket is 2 km away. Very good cycling paths right from the front door along the Niers.
