Marina View, a lovely home with sea views.

Two minutes walk from the marina with fantastic sea views, ours is a lovely home from home for individuals, couples or families, wishing to stay in the centre of this pretty coastal village. It is an unusual oak beamed maisonette on the 1st and 2nd floors of a 19th century building and not suitable for people who cannot manage steep stairs. We have 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, a living/dining room with sea views, an office for home working and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

Converted Coach House with views over River Otter.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Woodside Lodge - Is an exceptional architect designed barn conversion. Sitting on the entrance to extensive private woodland, whilst located within our own 2 acres of beautiful gardens. We created this stunning Lodge with its large windows, cathedral ceiling and luxurious facilities. Ensuring we had a state of the art home that would take our guests breath away! We could have created two or even three bedrooms from this space but decided less was more.
