The bed is visually separated from the rest of the room by a thread curtain. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ever need. The cooking and dining area is immediately adjacent to the cozy TV corner and also the reading corner.

Studio apartment

The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. The apartment in the Brei-Haus is located in a beautiful residential area and is the ideal starting point to explore Wasserburg and its surroundings! After a walk of about a quarter of an hour you are right outside the gates of the old town. If you want it more comfortable, you can also take the city bus directly to Marienplatz. Also the "Bavarian Adriatic" is not far away, it is less than 500 meters on foot to Badria.
