For our guests we offer 2 visits to the Baltic Sea cinema. A parking lot is also available. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach approx. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery approx. 10 minutes to the train station

Hello dear guests, our apartment is located in the basement of our house. We bought the house in mid 2018 and renovated it according to our performances. The apartment is correspondingly newly renovated and furnished. For us, the Baltic Sea has long been our second home and has become our new home. You are welcome to find your second home in our holiday apartment. In the bedroom there is room for two and a cot also finds its place.

Stylishly furnished apartments or studios are available for 2 to 4 persons each. The bright 36 m² apartment is located on the upper ground floor and has a spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom facing the garden and a modern bathroom with a spacious shower.

The Novalie apartment is perfectly located for vacationers as well as for long-term stays and business trips. Centrally located, close to shopping, a parking space as well as the proximity to the Warnow make the area perfect.
