The stylish 90 m² apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms, a sunny balcony with a spectacular 180° panoramic view of the Warnow and the Rostock skyline, and high-quality equipment with a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Quietly located and, thanks to the ferry, in the city center in just a few minutes – the perfect place for up to four people and a toddler.

Modern semi-detached house near the city of Rostock

The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Family-friendly apartment in a great location

The quiet apartment, located in a village with charm, is close to the outskirts of Warnemünde and invites the whole family to relax. Free parking is not a problem in the courtyard. The use of towels and bed linens is included in the price. We are happy to provide a side bed/highchair/potty upon request. The apartment is not perfect but we are working on it and to make the stay as pleasant as possible, we are always available as a contact person on site.
