Die Surfkoje42 {Tiny Edition} in Warnemünde ist die kleine Schwester der großen Surfkoje, die seit über 2 Jahren Gäste aus ganz Europa ostseeglücklich macht. In 3-5 Minuten bist du auch von hier zu Fuß am Strand, am Supermarkt oder im Park. Rostock ist nur wenige Km entfernt. Dieses kleine Raumwunder {genau hinter unserem Surfshop} ist liebevoll und urindividuell eingerichtet und bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene sowie 2 kleine Kinder {1 Familienbett 180x200 und 1 Ausziehbett 70x160}.

In my quiet yet centrally located Baltic Sea Oasis II, just a few minutes from the famous promenade "Am alten Strom" and about 10 minutes walk from the beach, my small, maritime furnished apartment awaits you. The tourist tax is included in your booking fee. If you are traveling on business, contact me and I will send a host offer, as you do not have to pay a tourist tax. You will be staying in a lovingly renovated apartment with a roof terrace on the upper floor in an old settlement house. Our lovingly furnished basement accommodation offers you a perfect retreat to enjoy the tranquility and central location of this beautiful coastal town. The beautiful Baltic Sea is just a 5-10 minute walk away. We provide you with a carefully selected part of our apartment that offers you everything you need for a relaxing stay. The remaining rooms remain closed so you can enjoy your vacation undisturbed and in peace.

Vacation rental directly on the beach, sea & promenade

The quiet 56 sqm apartment with underfloor heating is located directly on the promenade, which invites you to stroll, drink coffee and enjoy wonderful food. The lighthouse and beach are about 1-2 minutes away by foot. The vacation home with a modern bathroom and complete household equipment offers a double bed and a sofa bed for up to 4 people. A baby bed can be added if necessary. Linens and towels are included.

Beautiful furnished room in a quiet area

A nice, cozy room awaits. There you will find a bed, couch, wardrobe, TV and a small sitting area. The blanket is oversized. There is no kitchen. For small meals, appropriate dishes are available as well as a kettle, fridge and a hot plate for you. You use the bathroom with shower alone. We could rarely meet in the hallway. I can also offer you a bike. If necessary, you can check in in the morning.

A little break by the sea

We are at home here where the sea lives, watching wide beaches and the seagulls as they sail in the wind... just for fun. Slowing down is the magic word in a maritime environment, strolling and shopping at the weekly market every Saturday with regional organic products. A fresh fish roll and your feet in the sand and just look across the sea to the horizon...

The pedestrian zone with extensive shopping is a 3-minute walk away and the KTV, Rostock's trendy district, is minutes away. The ramparts are right outside the front door and invite you to take a walk.
