The beautiful old building apartment is located in the last house on the Rammelsberg surrounded by nature and offers many possibilities for an exciting varied vacation in Goslar with both city and nature nearby. You have the beautiful old town (very worthwhile!) not far away, many hiking trails right outside the door, a waterfall and lake, a pizzeria in the house and above all the beautiful World Heritage Site mine right in front of you. Gommern is a small town in the countryside near Magdeburg (15 km). In summer, nearby lakes in the beautiful recreational area invite you to swim (free access). Long walks or a small bike trip, we have a lot of nature to offer and are happy to give excursion tips. The apartment (58 sqm) overlooking the countryside is located on the 2nd floor of a small three-family house (8 steep steps), 2 minutes' walk from the train station. Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einer kleinen Küche, einem Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche sowie einem Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa, sodass wir auch 4 Gästen eine angenehme Übernachtung bieten können. Bei Bedarf steht ein Kinder-Reisebett zur Verfügung.

Hey dear guests, I am renting out a nice, bright and quiet two-room apartment with balcony. It is located on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator. The apartment is 60 square meters, newly renovated and brand new and furnished with love. However, some things like carpets and pictures are still missing at the moment. But it won't be long before the apartment is fully furnished. It is close to the university, and you can also get to the city center quickly.
