In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property. It has 5 vacation homes. This one, number 7/1, we just completely renovated last year with a lot of love and now it is looking forward to seeing you! The sunny vacation home is slightly elevated as the first house on the property, catches the sun for you and holds it (hopefully all the time ;)) for you. The sunny vacation home has a living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.

Gänsetrappe - Vacation in a monument

Immerse yourself in a world of the past. The Gänsetrappe is a 335-year-old individual monument in the old town of Ballenstedt. The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The originality has been preserved as much as possible and carefully combined with the contemporary requirements of a cozy vacation home. Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Das Apartment eignet sich für 4 Personen in verschiedenen Konstellationen. Gebucht wurde es für einen Familienurlaub, ein Wochenende unter Freunden oder von Erwachsenen, deren Eltern hier im Ort aufgewachsen sind und denen sie nochmal eine kleine Zeitreise schenken wollten.
