In the middle of a beautiful village and the famous city of 3 castles (each 2km) surrounded by forest, meadows and water you find the perfect mix to enjoy. The cozy apartment has an extra large bed and a fresh renovated bathroom with a relaxing rain shower. For a convenient stay we got a kettle, toaster and an induction hob for you in a lovely kitchenette. Washing up is on us. Unser Haus liegt ländlich und ruhig, aber dennoch Zentrumsnah. Der HBF und die City sind ca. 10 min entfernt(zu Fuß ca.20min) A2 / A43 ca. 10min, öffentl. Verkehrsmittel im nahen Umfeld. In der Nähe sind Geschäfte des tägl. Bedarfs (Penny,Netto). Wir freuen uns auf Euch.

A wonderful, modern flat in the heart of Bochum

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

Perfect for city trip. Cozy apartment right on the lake

Just a minute walk from Lake Phönix in a 100 year old house in a traditional working-class neighborhood is our apartment "Bergmann". It was recently freshly renovated and modernly furnished. The apartment also offers a small courtyard, which is only you use. So you can rest and sit in the yard after a long day of full of experiences. If you want to do something in the evening, the nearby Phönixsee offers many restaurants and bars.

Wow! Unique 75m² City-Apartment "Dortmund's Pearl"

The apartment is back on Airbnb from November 2021 onwards and we want to try it after a COVID-break with this apartment. Check our previous reviews and we want to stick to our status as super-hosts and want to make your stay unique. Central city appartment above Dortmund (5th floor) with everything you need for a great stay in or around Dortmund. Just 10 minutes of walk from the central station.

Cozy and lovingly furnished apartment in a quiet location. The approx. 50 sqm apartment is located in a 3-family house, where I also live as a host and my parents. We are happy to be responsive if you have any questions or need ideas for leisure activities. Otherwise, we look forward to hosting nice people! Of course, Wi-Fi access is available.
