Amenities: underfloor heating, complete kitchen including dishes, etc., walk-in shower, floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, kitchen and dining area.

Our apartment (85 m²) is located in a wine-growing community in the district of Ludwigsburg, right on the Neckar Valley cycle path. Leisure activities such as cycling, hiking, climbing, canoeing and swimming are possible in the village or the surrounding area. Close to three restaurants in the village, a wine tavern about 2 km away, and several wineries and cellars with the possibility of wine tasting in the immediate vicinity. Freeway connection about 4 km, train station about 5 km, bus stop about 5 min.

In the midst of the "3B cities" of Bönnigheim, Besigheim and Bietigheim-Bissingen, at the gates of the Stromberg, we warmly welcome you to our quiet, cozy basement apartment in Löchgau. The apartment is suitable as a starting point to explore the attractive offer in the "Weinsüden" [wine south] or to visit "Europe's best amusement park" Tripsdrill and the wildlife paradise. Business stays in the greater Ludwigsburg or Heilbronn area are also possible due to the good transport connections.

Our farm is idyllically surrounded by vineyards and fields; nevertheless, you can quickly get to town or a restaurant. 5 minutes away by car is the amusement park Tripsdrill. The apartment includes a bedroom with double bed, a comfortable sofa bed & sleeps 4 people. (+ travel cot if required). There is also an outdoor area with patio, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Bicycles can be parked and charged in the lockable bicycle garage.

Our charming 1.5-room attic apartment offers an ideal mix of coziness and functionality. The combined living and sleeping room is bright and friendly. There is a French bed and a sofa bed. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge and a breakfast corner. The compact bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Behind the house, an idyllic sitting area invites you to linger. Wi-Fi and TV provide entertainment and connection.

The train station is a 2-minute walk away: Stuttgart city center can be reached in 25 minutes, and in 20 minutes you are on the Cannstatter Wasen. On two floors are two bedrooms, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a tasteful shower room (incl. towels) and a living room were created. From the living room in the attic and one of the bedrooms you can see the forest and the Mühlbach (Zaber) splashes directly past the house.
