The 4* *** star holiday home in a rare secluded location! Our holiday home contains almost exclusively high-quality branded appliances. The fully equipped kitchen is complemented by a large dining area with a solid wooden table and corner bench. On the upper floor are the bedrooms with a large parent bedroom with double bed and walk-in closet. The slightly smaller children's room with 2 beds(1 bunk bed) or sofa bed can certainly also be used by adults.

This house is suitable for 5 people (fitters, vacationers, travelers). It is in a nature park and climatic health resort between Waldkirchen and Hauzenberg in the Bavarian Forest! Two larger lakes nearby, about 5 km (Erlauzwiesler See and Freudensee)! Beautiful hiking trails in the immediate vicinity! The three-river city of Passau is about 20 km away. To the Czech Republic 30 km, Austria 15 km.

In the house the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by greenery and yet in the middle of the village. You can switch off wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For the guests, the 1st and 2nd floors are reserved and connected by stairwell.
