Welcome to our fantastic suite in the vaulted cellar of our monumental farmhouse, built in 1825. Between the South Limburg hills and just a stone's throw away from the vibrant city of Maastricht. We have transformed this cellar into a luxurious space with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a private kitchen! Enjoy delightful evenings in the most unique and atmospheric suite in the area. Outside, revel in the beautiful views over the Limburg hills. If you're lucky, you might even spot a deer passing by!

The wooden house is located in a quiet residential area not far from Aachen. The forest, with the local recreation area Wurmtal, begins one street further. The guest house is only 10 minutes by car from the Soers (CHIO). Aachen city center can also be easily reached by bus. During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). Breakfast is available on request for an additional charge.

We are Hans & Eric. The B&B suite is located in our house on the ground floor (see photos), surrounded by forests with fantastic views! Our wellness facility includes a heated (mid-May to mid-Sept depending on outside temperature) swimming pool and jacuzzi with panoramic views. Please note: Swimming pool and Jacuzzi can only be used under certain conditions. Basse Bois is located 5 km from the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. We speak Ducht, German, English and French. Located on the ground floor of a master house from the early 20th century, GARDEN SIDE, the bedroom "La Colline ardente" is quiet, spacious and bright. It has retained the soul and charm of that time. Located a stone's throw from the train station (Saint-Lambert) in a green neighborhood, halfway between the historic center and the Parc de la Citadelle (Coteaux), it is the ideal starting point to walk or bike around the Cité Ardente.
