B&B with Garden View in Stunning Art Nouveau House

Explore galleries in the Arts District and stroll back to a majestic century house teeming with original character. Climb stairs to the privacy of a second floor room with en suite shower room. Awaken when morning light peeks through a south-facing skylight. Breakfast is served at convenience in the Dining room. Public car parking in the street is possible but paying. Guests rooms are situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The 1st Floor is private. The guests Breakfast room and salon are shared, and situated on the ground floor. In summer breakfast on the terrasse is possible. The gym room is in the basement. Ironing is possible in the laundry room, near the gym, upon request. The house was built in 1909, and is located in the upper Saint-Gilles district. This is the Art Nouveau and Art Deco area, also known for its many art studios and exhibition spaces. Plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and amenities are close by. PUBLIC TRANSPORT The public transports for Brussels region are called STIB (or MIVB in flemish) and include Metro, Tram and Bus. SNCB is the national train operator Most Metro/Tram stations have only tickets vending/cards loading machines. It is only in main hub stations that tickets and cards can be purchased from the public counter. Tram, metro and bus are integrated with transfers allowed. Each ticket or journey on a multiple journey card is valid one hour, irrespective of transfers. Brussels residents use a personalised MOBIB card. Visitors use an anonymous MOBIB card, which can be loaded with 1, 5 or 10 journeys. It can be used by several persons, provided it is validated for each person and for each trip. On board a tram or bus, you can only purchase single journey tickets, but this is a more expensive option. ARRIVING FROM BRUSSELS MIDI TRAIN STATION Taxi from Bruxelles Midi (Brussels Zuid) train station: +/- 12€. You can also take the underground tram 3 or 4 or 51 respectively direction Winston Churchill or Stalle or Van Halen , and hop off at station Horta. Then walk uphill along the Chaussée de Waterloo and avenue Ducpétiaux is the 4th street on your right. The house is situated on the left side. ARRIVING FROM BRUSSELS AIRPORT (ZAVENTEM) Taxi from Brussels National airport: +/- 50€. From the airport, it is faster and often cheaper to take the train to Brussels-Midi. From Bruxelles-Midi, you can take a taxi for +/- 12€. Alternatively, you can also take the underground tram 3 or 4 or 51 respectively. See above for details. TO GO TO BRUSSELS CENTER Via MIDI station You can either take tram 3 or 4 at HORTA direction Esplanade or Gare du Nord, and step off at BEURS/Bourse (eg to go to Grand Place). Via SABLON / ZAVEL Take tram 92 at MA CAMPAGNE direction SCHARBEEK and step off at SABLON or PALAIS; from there you can walk down to Grand Place in 10 minutes Walking You can walk to town in about 25 minutes, via Avenue Louise and Sablon. Hi! The house is located in a quiet dead end street with free parking. Also on the driveway (at night) whenever possible. I live also in the house but as guest you have 100 % privacy on the first floor (rooms & bathroom). No other guests. On the other hand I’m always stand-by to assist. The historical center of Bruges is only less then 2 km away and can be reached by car, bus or bicycles that you can use. Even walking is no big deal. A healthy and generous homemade breakfast is included. :) jan

Spacious room @ artist 18thC home - Historic area

Stay in a peaceful, spacious guest room in an 18th-century lettering artist’s home in historic Bruges, just steps from the Minnewater, Belfry, canals, museums, and chocolate shops. The high quality comfortable bed will provide a good night’s sleep. Enjoy a homemade traditional breakfast and a luxurious bathroom shared only with the host, featuring a designer bathtub and walk-in shower. Guest use always comes first, ensuring privacy. I live on the first floor and have my studio/expo downstairs.

B&B with an impressive view (2 Adults only)

We are Hans & Eric. The B&B suite is located in our house on the ground floor (see photos), surrounded by forests with fantastic views! Our wellness facility includes a heated (mid-May to mid-Sept depending on outside temperature) swimming pool and jacuzzi with panoramic views. Please note: Swimming pool and Jacuzzi can only be used under certain conditions. Basse Bois is located 5 km from the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. We speak Ducht, German, English and French. Spacious and quiet guest room with private bathroom in a typical Bruges house with carriage gate. Third floor with elevator. Common area to share with 1 other room. Full breakfast in a family atmosphere. Family with children welcome. 300 meters from the Grote Markt. City contribution (4 euros/person/night) for +18 not included in the price. This is not a tax and not for everyone. So, NOT included in the price. No check-in after 10 p.m. Booking via website is possible and much cheaper.

We are a recognized B&B with Flanders Tourism. 1 room with king size bed (+ bathroom) and 1 room with 2 single bed (if necessary mattress on the floor) + private bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen and living room with TV and wifi. Both bedrooms with AIR CONDITIONING. Outside (covered) private terrace. Price: - 38 € pp and pn Use of the large room (for 1 person and for 1 night) you pay a surcharge of 10 € (to be settled upon arrival)

Bruges the Beautiful 1

Our B&B is in an old mansion house in the middle in the mediaval center of Brugge with 2 guestrooms. We are near St Jacobschurch and 50 meters away from the Grand Place. A ideal place to discover Brugge and to stay wonderfully peacefully. Your double room with bathroom is situated on the first floor with a lovely view on the St Jacobschurch. Delicious breakfast is included in the price. You can see the room on the second floor on airbnb: 'Brugge die Schone 2' Welcome!
