Here you will find peace, beautiful nature, a warm atmosphere and a very cozy ambience. Our two gallery apartments with fireplace and pine beds leave nothing to be desired. On a 6000sqm large forest plot stands our completely renovated hunting house (70sqm) with a cozy kitchen, three small bedrooms and a bathroom. All rooms are individually accessible and lockable via the surrounding balcony. Each room has heating. In addition to modern kitchen appliances, oven, stove, washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, there is a wood stove, a long dining table with a corner bench and all kitchen accessories to supply 6 people.

We warmly welcome you to our quaint cottage in the countryside! Our house is idyllically located between the Laber and Altmühl valleys. Here you can watch deer and foxes in the surrounding fields while relaxing. The location is perfect for excursions such as to Regensburg, Weltenburg Abbey, the Liberation Hall in Kelheim and much more. Shopping is about 2.5 km away. Brochures for excursions are ready for you upon your arrival.

The vacation home is located in Winklarn, a small town, home to a baker, butcher and pastry chef. The next largest city of Oberviechtach with all shopping is only 6 km away. It is at ground level, barrier-free, surrounded by a large garden. It is heated with electricity and a fireplace/wood. Hot water is prepared by a water heater.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
