My mobile home in the heart of the Upper Palatine Lake District is located directly on Lake Murner. The property is in a quiet location, so nothing stands in the way of a relaxing stay. The spacious terrace, the bathtub (for an extra charge), as well as the cleverly designed outdoor area, guarantee relaxing evenings, as well as relaxing afternoons after a swimming excursion at the lake. The accommodation is therefore ideally suited for families, friends but also for business travelers.

A lovingly furnished bungalow invites you to an unforgettable vacation. The Murner See about 300 m, as well as the directly adjacent Brückelsee with private sandy shore offer many leisure opportunities. The hot tub in front of the terrace can be booked for an extra charge of € 30.00 per night but at least € 90.00. The mini golf course, the campsite and the restaurant Villa Seerano, as well as the GoKart track only 1 km away are our main attraction in the Wackersdorf holiday area.

On the property there are several seats, hammocks and an outdoor shower with hot water. There are many opportunities for hiking, cycling and water sports in the area. In our in-house SUP rental, boards can be rented. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

Neben dem schönen offenen Wohn-, Koch-,Essbereich hat unsere Einliegerwohnung standardmäßig ein 1 separates Schlafzimmer (1,80 m Doppelbett) plus 1 separates Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Optional besteht auch die Möglichkeit ein zweites Schlafzimmer (ebenfalls 1,80 m Doppelbett) gegen Aufpreis anzufragen. Der Zugang zu diesem zweiten Schlafzimmer ist über eine Schiebtür im Wohnzimmer möglich.

Gemütliches, möbeliertes und helles 1-Zimmer Apartment mit einer Größe von ca. 38 qm besteht aus einem gemeinsamen Wohn- und Schlafzimmer mit integrierter Küchenzeile mit Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach. Das Bad beinhaltet einen Föhn, Dusche, WC. Wlan und Stellplatz fürs Auto sind inklusive. Die Wohnung ist angedacht für Berufstätige und Wochenendheimfahrer.
