In 2019 hebben wij een gedeelte van onze monumentale boerderij geheel zelf verbouwd tot een mooie boerderijwoning; Hoeve de Bies. Hoeve de Bies is van alle gemakken voorzien. Zo kunt u genieten van een heerlijk ontbijt met diverse eigengemaakte producten. Vanwege zijn ligging is Hoeve de Bies de ideale uitvalsbasis om de prachtige omgeving te ontdekken. Zo kunt u winkelen, cultuur opdoen in Valkenburg en Maastricht. Daarnaast zijn er mooie fiets- en wandelroutes om het Heuvelland te verkennen.

La suite privatisée est située à côté de notre maison pour une parenthèse à 2 dans un cadre champêtre. Détente et nature au rendez-vous: sauna, douche, jacuzzi extérieur, terrasse et transats, table de jardin et accès au 1er étage du duplex par un escalier: petite cuisine, table haute, canapé d'angle, grande baignoire, lit king size, écran plat, décodeur voo et accès Netflix. Pour votre confort, peignoirs, tongs, serviettes de bain, serviettes pour le sauna, sont à votre disposition.

Die liebevoll sanierte Wohnung befindet sich in der ehemaligen Kutschenhalle eines historischen Gebäudes. (ca.60qm) Der angrenzende Park, mit seltenen Bäumen, lädt zu einem Rundgang ein. Hier findet man Ruhe und Zeit zum entspannen. Obwohl man sich mitten in der Natur befindet, benötigt man nur 10 Min. in die Innenstadt. (Belgien 20 Min., Holland 10 Min.) Imagine yourself abroad...but here in South Limburg. Come spend a few nights in our wonderfully furnished PRIVATE Ibiza Style accommodation. Wellness + breakfast can be booked optionally. This paradise has a wonderful rain shower, wonderful bed, sauna and jacuzzi. Plenty of peace and privacy. A private garden with seating areas and a canopy if you want to sit outside and the weather is a bit worse. Sunbathe, go into the woods for cycling or walking, it's all possible here.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in beautiful Niedersetzen with your own bathroom and kitchen (incl. little Breakfast) Just a few steps to the forest, but only 5 minutes to City (by car)! The house is in the old village center in a small garden, a terrace with a grill is available. It is over 400 years old and has a flair to match. However, you shouldn't be a giant, the door frames are sometimes very low.
