Dit gezellige 6-persoons vakantiehuis (75 m2) bevindt zich in een monumentale hoeve met nog 12 andere vakantiehuisjes, een restaurant, een sfeervol "cour-terras" en een speel- en picnic-weide. Het heeft een eigen terras met weids uitzicht over de vallei Rustig en kindvriendelijk, doch op slechts 10 min van het beroemde Valkenburg, 15 min van het 3-landen punt in Vaals en 20 min van Aken. Our guest house is located in a winery building built around the end of the 19th century. Today, the winery is run by Markus Berres and his family. Our guest rooms and apartments are individually and modernly designed, of course with bathroom, toilet, Wi-Fi, smart TV and everything you need for a relaxing vacation. You will find your wine for cozy evening hours while barbecuing on the terrace chilled from the temperature-controlled cabinet in the entrance area.

Our children have now flown the nest and we don't want to share the beautiful home with just the bats. We live in the romantic Gelbachtal between Westerwald and Taunus. Hikers and cyclists have now discovered the great location of the place. Our peaceful Gelbach flows into the Lahn very close by. Not far away are the towns of Nassau and Bad Ems (Bad Emser thermal baths only 20 minutes away). Our place is located on beautiful footpaths and bike paths.

Very nice apartment with jacuzzi + outdoor sauna (use not included in the price, please read the listing in full), large terrace and massage chair. Very nice bedroom. Kitchen, living room and dining room in one room. Breakfast can be booked in addition. (for only 12.50 euros per person) The kitchen is fully equipped. Foot whirlpool and foot massager available. No pets allowed! It's a non-smoking apartment. We kindly ask guests to smoke only outdoors.

Our home is a former 18th Century Mill with a backdrop of private woodlands overlooking the Hahnenbach stream. Our Home is situated in a peaceful wildlife friendly garden but within walking distance (approx 15 to 20 mins) walk to all amenities of Kirn. If you are a single guest, friends, a couple or family of 5, all are welcome and the guest floor is your private space. Any Bicycles, Motorbikes, Hiking Boots welcome too.
