For rent, a guest room on the ground floor of our holiday home with its own entrance, shower and toilet. The room is intended for a few days' rental, it does not have a proper kitchen. The equipment includes a fridge, microwave, coffee and kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, as well as a large patio, towels and bed linen. Genuine wooden floors, spacious shower, comfortable bed and stunning views of the lake and mountains. Our private entrance is on the other side of the house, so privacy is guaranteed.

The house is located on the market square just 150 m from the Rhine beach. There are 3 restaurants, 5 snack shops and a supermarket within easy reach. Bonn and Cologne can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The Rhine cycle path runs in the immediate vicinity as well as a bus line towards Cologne and Bonn.

Tiny House Rursee Nature & Living Experience

Close to nature and relaxing – right next to the Eifel National Park. The tiny house is located above Lake Roer. Hiking trails are right in front of the house. Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Enjoy the shaded terrace beneath the vine arbor and the herb garden. From your secluded sun meadow, you overlook the Rhine, passing ships, and the historic Pfalzgrafenstein castle.

We now offer an upscale, cozy, furnished vacation home on the Moselle at the campsite in Koblenz-Güls. Approximately 50 meters away you will find a cafe / restaurant. Another one about 300 m away. The Moselle with swimming beach is about 200 m away. The beautiful vineyards are within walking distance. The German corner can be reached in about 15 minutes by bike I am available via email or WhatsApp. We live in the immediate vicinity of the vacation home "Ankerplatz"

This apartment is on the upper floor of our small house in the high-altitude district of Zell-Barl. Equipped with a shower room and a kitchen with all the necessary utensils (fridge, stove, pots/pans, microwave, kettle, dishes, sink), the apartment offers everything for everyday needs. A shopping center is easily accessible on foot and by car. Many hiking trails, historic towns and recreational opportunities in the surrounding area are also easily accessible.

This spacious house (55m2) is extremely suitable for hikers, cyclists and families with kids. Right next to the house is the Eifel National Park, and a few minutes' drive away is the Rursee. This is one of the largest reservoirs in Germany and offers many water sports opportunities. From the balcony, you have the most beautiful view of the village, over the beautiful mountain landscape of the Eifel.

The property is located in Koblenz Metternich. The city center is 4.5 km away. Bus stop directly on the street. Supermarkets (5 min), a bank (5 min), a pharmacy (20 sec), the Bundeswehr Central Hospital BWZK (7 min) and the University of Koblenz (2 min) are within walking distance. Parking is available on request right in front of the house. Free of charge also in the side streets.
