From August 2020 we opened the doors of this new holiday home. The house is located very centrally on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is located in a unique place with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The downstairs floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy seating area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, make-up beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bicycle.

Enjoy our luxury apartment in Vlissingen (Flushing). The apartment is clean, light and equipped with all modern amenities. With a private driveway in front of your door, you will always be assured of a parking space. Two bicycles are available for your convenience at no extra cost. There’s also the option to store your own bicycle in a locked bicycle shed (with a charging facility for e-bikes). After a day on the beach you may enjoy the last sun rays in a fenced-in front yard.

Ons Tiny House/Studio is speciaal ontworpen om tot rust te komen. Het mat gelakte hout en de sobere omgeving stralen kalmte uit. De ruimte is modern industrieel ingericht zonder al te veel afleidende elementen. Vanuit de ramen zie je de duinen en kan je ’s avonds de zon zien onder gaan. Door het raam aan de andere kant van de ruimte schijnt de ochtendzon je tegemoet. Je slaapt in dit Tiny House/studio op nog geen 500 meter van duinen, strand en zee.

Private entrance and terrace, comfortable bed, nice spacious bathroom, kitchenette for arranging breakfast and lunch yourself. The studio is very well insulated, has underfloor heating and in exceptional hot days floor cooling. A wonderfully quiet environment for relaxing, cycling, hiking or just reading a nice book. Pets are not allowed.

Our lovely B&B can be found 300 m from the boulevard. Directly on the boulevard, you will find the only southern beach in the Netherlands, beaches where ships pass very close by! The B & B on the ground floor has 1 bedroom(electrically adjustable bed), toilet, shower, bathroom furniture, kitchen with fridge, a TV with cable channels. And a private garden with cozy seating(evening sun).

The Eiken Balk

The Eiken Balk is a new cottage with a comfortable decor. A secluded location in terms of privacy. Open from June 2021 This accommodation offers exactly what you are looking for as a couple in terms of location and facilities. The cottage has a private charging point for electric cars. The Eiken Balk is 2 km from the beach and 650 m from the shopping center ( Jumbo, Lidl and Kruidvat)

Een prima locatie om te geniet van een heerlijke vakantie. De studio is geschikt voor 2-3 personen met een totale oppervlakte van 35 m2. De studio is kindvriendelijk en beschikt over een eigen terras.
