Cozy, completely renovated row house with a range of possibilities for various activities in the immediate vicinity. Perfect to get away from it all with 2 people. Income, sitting room with digital TV, large well-equipped kitchen. Wash and dry clothing. Outside terrace with garden and garage. On the 2nd floor is a toilet, a spacious bedroom with a double box spring bed and spacious storage options. Large bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower. There is no better place to recharge those batteries and upload your vitamin "sea". Although there is one, you will need no television with this phenomenal view! Our apartment has been recently renovated (04/2022) and offers all you are looking for. It's ideally located on the "zeedijk" or "the dike" on the 7th floor (elevator is present!). Fully and over-equipped kitchen, bathroom with rain shower, 2 bedrooms, an underground parking space,... Hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.
