Located in the middle of the polder with unobstructed views, yet Middelburg and the beach are always close by. The boho-chic decor and characteristic atmosphere make this the perfect base for exploring beautiful Zeeland. The house has been completely renovated and equipped with modern luxury, while the authentic elements have been preserved. The house is directly adjacent to the large garden.

This beautiful centrally located accommodation is brand new. The studio with 2 floors is located in the large converted barn adjacent to our own home. It has a spacious private garden with BBQ and garden set where you can enjoy the sun. Downstairs is a cozy, tastefully decorated living room with kitchen. Both have all the comforts. Upstairs is a large bedroom and spacious modern bathroom with rain shower. The studio is suitable for 2 people and possibly a small child.

Suite Es Vedrà is a new, trendy guest house with private entrance and features a kitchen, TV, fireplace, air conditioning and a spacious bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, bathroom furniture, bath and sauna. Our holiday home 't Uusje van Puut is located just outside Koudekerke on the edge of' t Moesbosch, a small nature reserve. From the garden you have a view of the dunes of Dishoek. It's enjoying tranquility, space and nature. With a little luck you can even spot a deer in the evening. Also in autumn and winter it is wonderful to stay in our cottage. After a nice breeze on the beach, you come home and you can enjoy by a cozy fireplace.

In our large garden, there is a cute cottage all to yourselves. From the garden, you can see the lighthouse. Pets aren't allowed. 2 lovely box spring beds, private shower, toilet, TV, WiFi, fridge, coffee/tea and microwave. Park your car for free at your accommodation or charge your bike at your cottage (bring your own charger) Enjoy a beach walk to Vlissingen, the beautiful bike paths or a day in historic Middelburg!

Our lovely B&B can be found 300m from the boulevard. Directly on the boulevard, you will find the only south-facing beach in the Netherlands, beaches where ships pass very close by! The B&B on the ground floor has 1 bedroom (electrically adjustable bed), toilet, shower, bathroom furniture, kitchen with refrigerator, a TV with cable channels. And a private garden with cozy seating area (evening sun).
