Il salotto è dotato di due divani, un tavolino e un televisore a schermo piatto. Sono presenti due camere da letto, una matrimoniale con balcone e una fornita di 4 letti singoli a castello. A disposizione degli ospiti l'appartamento sito al secondo piano con annessa una deliziosa mansarda in legno. La casa è sulla Strada dei Vini e la Via dei Terrazzamenti ed è in posizione ottimale per trekking, ecc.
