The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Unsere Ferienwohnung (40qm) befindet sich in unserem Neubau mit separaten Eingang und bietet alles was man für ein paar erholsame Tage benötigt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten jeglicher Art sind innerhalb weniger Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die angrenzenden Wiesen und Wälder laden zu kleinen und auch grossen Spaziergängen ein. Paare, Alleinreisende, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern). sie beinhaltet ein Schlafzimmer mit eingebautem Doppelbett (Größe 1.60 x 1.85), sowie im Wohnbereich ein ausziehbares Sofabett (1.60 x 2.00).
