One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Transmontana

This stunning chalet offers mountain views few places in the Dolomites can beat: Just minutes from the national park, the castle and the Völser Weiher lake, this home is an amazing home base for hiking and swimming in the summer, as well as skiing and ice skating in the winters. We are close to the villages of Völs and Kastelruth as well as the incomparable Seiser Alm and its vistas. We are also just 20 minutes from South Tyrols Capital city of Bolzano and the airport.

Casa Maria – Tesero Dolomites

Three-room apartment located in the center of Val di Fiemme, completely renovated in July 2023. Strategic location 5 minutes walk from the center of Tesero and a few km away from Cavalese, Predazzo, Moena and the ski resorts. The ideal place for your holiday in Trentino without giving up the comforts of home. The apartment consists of a living room with comfortable sofa bed, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double bed and bathroom. Wi-Fi and free parking.

Cucal Apartment - Varena

The apartment is located in Varena, a small town in Val di Fiemme overlooking the Lagorai chain. The accommodation is located on the ground floor and enjoys a garden with a view. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the town center with bars, restaurants, a bank and convenience stores. Great location for reaching the various ski resorts (Alpe Cermis, Obereggen-Pampeago, Alpe Lusia etc.) or as a starting point for pleasant hikes or bike rides.

Comfortable and cozy apartment, surrounded by greenery in the beautiful Talvera park, with bike paths and wonderful walks along the river. Right in front, we find the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art. In two minutes on foot you can also reach the Archaeological Museum of South Tyrol, where Ötzi, the ice man, is kept and we are therefore in the heart of the city, with its historic center, its arcades and characteristic places.

Waldhaus/Calm beautiful hikingways + skiing

My property is near great views (mountains), Obereggen (Ski+/hikingcenter Latemar 1km) Hiking trails (directly in front of the house) in the UNESCO world cultural heritage Dolomites. You'll love my property because of the fantastic nature. My accommodation is good for couples, families (with children), skiing, hiker, motor-biker, groups and furry friends (+pet 10,-/night and each pet). Only 20 min. away from Bolzano.

Stylish, bright and cozy apartment, completely renovated to ensure a comfortable stay. Excellent location, very central and still in a quiet and exclusive area in front of Talvera Park; 15 minutes walk from Bolzano station. Nearby you will find markets, cafes, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pedestrian walks, bike paths and also the Archaeological Museum. Maximum two. Non-smoking only.
