The house is structured on 3 levels, ideal for family vacations and relaxing days. It is facing SOUTH and you can enjoy a wonderful view of the picturesque mountains the Apuan Alps.-

We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

The Sound of Barga-Tuscany

Throughout the summer, Barga comes alive with many typical food fairs, music festivals and art exhibitions. The house is set within olive groves, fruit trees, and forests, with stunning views all around. It is a house of the late eighteenth century in stone and wood equipped with all comforts including Wi-Fi in the ancient village of Volegno located in the Apuan Park of 80 square meters suitable for 2 to 4 people and consisting of kitchenette and living room with fireplace and a pellet stove that heat the whole house, going up a stone staircase you enter the upper floor where there is a spacious bedroom and a full bathroom with shower.

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.

The house is located in the small medieval village of Perpoli, on top of a sunny and panoramic hill. The place enjoys a wonderful view of the Serchio Valley, the Apuan Alps, and the Apennines. There is a 4000 mq garden with a swimming pool. A perfect place to relax but also to do numerous activities such as trekking, canyoning and MTB.
