Mini appartamento con 2 letti singoli (unibili) e bagno privato. Ingresso indipendente dal giardino. Accanto al centro ma fuori ZTL. Parcheggio gratuito in Via Rainusso, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla casa. Parcheggio a pagamento sotto casa. Non c'è cucina ma sono presenti caffettiera elettrica, frigo, bollitore, microonde e fornello elettrico, quindi un piccolo angolo cottura (attrezzato con l'occorrente per cucinare). Colazione gratuita confezionata. Animali ammessi senza sovrapprezzo :)

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

A cozy stone and wood chalet with amazing views of the Apennines, surrounded by nature with a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Beautiful courtyard apartment set in over 20 acres - the location is just right for relaxing, and eating some of the best food in Italy. If you love mountain biking or hiking this is perfect. We are 40 minutes from Bologna airport. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries. You can explore the region of Emilia Romagna, and return each evening and watch the sun go down with a chilled glass of wine. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)

In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

Historical house in the heart of medieval village

Treat yourself to a unique and memorable stay in the spectacular Palazzo Stradivari. In the warm season, that is from March to October, you can enjoy a large panoramic garden where to have lunch and relax during the hottest hours sheltered from traffic and tourists. The surrounding area offers numerous trails amid the scenic countryside of the famous Colli Piacentini hills where the beauty of the landscape merges with the passion for gastronomy and history.

Rustic independent recently renovated stone with exposed wooden roof. Spacious and convenient parking in front of the house. Entrance with a living room equipped with a TV, a wood-burning fireplace and a sofa bed for 1 and a half; a kitchen with an electric oven and a dishwasher; on the first floor there is a large double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a single bed. Outside there is a garden with table for outdoor dining.

Lauro's house in the Ferretti Farm

Podere Ferretti is an old and typical rural farm from the early 1900s partly renovated. Today it has become a comfortable place for those looking for tranquility from the noisy and hectic life of the city. In the home of Lauro, the largest apartment of the two present, you will stay just below the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, surrounded by the countryside, by wild animals, immersed in our large equipped garden.
