An attic, in a 17th-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The holiday apartment 'Kuenz Dolomites 1', which is situated in Vierschach / Versciaco, overlooks the nearby mountain. This 87 m² property consists of a living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 9 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and satellite TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Haus Oberpauler Morning time

The apartments were to be cozy when we decided to renovate our house, which was built in 1848 as a farm, in 2016. Since the 1950s, the house has served as accommodation for vacation guests. By partially using the old wood, we believe we have succeeded in creating the cozy atmosphere. From the balcony, the view goes to the west, over Sesto towards San Candido and its local mountain Baranci. In summer, the sunset completes the day.
