It was built in 2025 with a modern design. The private garden is a rare find, perfect for dinners outdoors. There’s a little welcome gift just to make you smile when you arrive. Das Zinshaus wurde 2022 generalsaniert und befindet sich mit weniger als 5 Minuten Gehentfernung zum Hauptbahnhof in einer der Toplagen Wiens. Nette Frühstückscafés, Bäckereien, Restaurants und Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

URBAN UNIT | nearby city center

URBAN UNIT has 50m2, fits up to 4 guests & is located in the 16th district of Vienna. A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.

This newly renovated design apartment with terrace is very centrally located in the 7th district behind the Museumsquartier in the heart of Vienna!
