The best of Vienna on foot
You will participate in a tour with a certified guide, you will discover the fascinating history of this city and the most interesting places, you will get to know the peculiar character of this city and its inhabitants, the Vienna of good food, Waltzers and cafes. I will introduce you to absolutely little-known aspects of the city, for example you will be surprised, among other things, to discover the importance that wine plays in the history, economy and culture of Vienna. We will walk together for two and a half hours while visiting the most important places of artistic and historical interest This tour is perfect for travelers who have little time to visit the city, but also for curious travelers who intend to start off on the right foot, getting the most important information first. Get all the important information that will allow you to explore the city on your own. This tour is scheduled in three different languages during the week. The tour in English takes place on Saturday and Thursday at 1.30 pm Other things to keep in mind. I ask you to be at the meeting place ten minutes before
Adventure at Eagle's Nest-Hike Tour
Adventure is on: The Eagle's Nest opens its doors again! We will travel from Salzburg to the heart of the Bavarian Alps by bus. Once in the town of Obersalzberg at the foot of the mountain, we will start exploring the area! The forest is filled with secret locations that tell the story of WWII, from the rise and fall of the thrid Reich(Hitler´s Berghof, secret access to the bunkers, etc) that most people will never visit when in the area. After the exploring the forest, we will start our hike up to the actual Eagle´s Nest. Very important to know is that I will navigate you thru the mountain , set up an appropriate pace for all and establish breaks every 20 minutes. The hike takes on average 2:30 hours to complete. The distance of the hike up is 4,47 miles (7,2 km) and the gained altitude is 2857 feet (861 meters). The terrain is not technical and the forest provides with good coverage from the sun. On top, you will find the famous Eagle´s Nest on the exact same way it was found in 1945 by the men of the 101's . There we will enjoy the rewards of our hike. Astonishing views, a picnic in the mountain (take the food you want to eat with you) or a visit to the restaurant. After exploring the alpine terrain, we will ride down the mountain back Obersalzberg and then comfortably back to Salzburg. The tour can be booked for groups as well.
Best of Vienna Walking Tour
Discover Vienna's historic old town on a fun and comprehensive walking tour with me. We leave the big tour groups behind and explore the city in our own small team. Let's make it interactive - there are no dumb questions ;) We start on the banks of the Danube canal to find out why the Romans decided to settled down here of all places. A short walk later we marvel at the impressive tower of St. Stephen's Cathedral while I tell you about its hidden symbolism of numbers. Further highlights on the way include Mozart's apartment, the old Greek quarter, romantic hidden alleys and courtyards, the Spanish Riding School as well as an almost real da Vinci. Upon arrival at the vast Hofburg Palace complex we will finally talk about the rise of the mightiest family in the history of Europe: the Habsburgs. But Vienna's history doesn't stop with the fall of the Habsburgs: where did Hitler speak in front of 200,000 cheering Austrians? And what makes modern-day Vienna the city with the highest standard of living worldwide? While taking in the beauty of the city I will keep you entertained with the best stories about its past and present - plus some questionable jokes! Keep in mind that we finish at Albertinaplatz, not where we met at the beginning.
Apple Strudel baking lesson & Lunch
Roll up your sleeves for an Austrian cooking class in Salzburg, and create two of the country’s favourite desserts: apple strudel and Salzburger Nockerl, a light soufflé what mirrows Salzburg’s baroque atmosphere. Under the guidance of a chef, you’ll stretch pastry and mix ingredients as you learn about the food and chat with the rest of the group. As a bonus, a hearty bowl of goulash soup is served before you eat your creations.
Explore Hallstatt with a photographer
Together we will discover and explore Hallstatt, probably the most photogenic mountain gem in the Austrian Alps. I was born and raised in this region and I'm quite confident to say that I know every single corner of this village ;) The tour will take at least about 2 hours. We will cover the obvious "touristy" postcard photo spots, but I will also show you some hidden hideaways. I will take pictures and provide between 20-30 edited HI-RES pictures on the same day the tour takes place via Dropbox link. PLEASE NOTE: I'm a licensed tourist guide (certified in accordance with the stipulations of Europen Norm EN 15565:2008) AND photographer, so you get the best of both worlds - a well structured tour about the history & culture of Hallstatt, plus professional pictures. If there is no availibility for the day you want to visit Hallstatt, please get in conctact with me, maybe we can arrange an alternative starting time. Also if you are looking for a proposals/pre-wedding/engagement shooting, just send me a message, I do these kind of shoots on a regular basis and know the best spots for these kind of photos Other things to note Hallstatt is a really small village, so you will definitely will see all parts of it in these approx. two hours tour :)

Classical Concerts at Mozart's house
I would like to share my passion for classical music and dive into the world of Viennese classical music together with you for one evening. Together with my colleagues, we as Mozart Ensemble Vienna play impressive pieces of Viennese classical music. Be enchanted by the world of classical music and immerse yourself mentally in the time in which the great masters of Viennese classical music worked! There is no better place for this than the Sala Terrena, where our concerts take place. The Sala Terrena is the oldest concert hall in Vienna and serves as a perfect atmosphere to put us into the time of Mozart, Schubert or Beethoven. At the time, Mozart himself played in this historic place and earned his living for his first apartment in Vienna. The Sala Terrena, which is only a few minutes' walk away from St. Stephen's Cathedral, also impresses with its beautiful frescos with late venetian renaissance style. Hi, please come in the Singerstrasse 7. The concert is not in the Mozart museum. The main entrance is in front of Singerstrasse 10 (is a big haus and they are two entrances.) We have a poster stand with poster of the concert in front of the house. See you later. Regards.

Alleyways, Courtyards and Hidden Sights
Take a break from the imperial grandeur of Vienna's historic old town and discover its secret alleyways and hidden squares instead. We leave the busy main roads behind us and and will find an abundance of quaint little corners that are otherwise easily missed. Hidden passageways used as shortcuts by the locals will take us into picturesque courtyards and tranquil side streets. This tour is about oddities, quirky stories of the city's past and the beauty of Vienna beyond the main attractions. We start on its most Italian "piazza" and will amongst others marvel at some fine Baroque illusional painting, visit the place where Mozart got a kick in his gifted backside and stroll through the former Jewish heart of Vienna. We look at the city's most famous doorway and discover Beethoven's neighborhood. Finally, the "Muse who's had it" will introduce us to Vienna's scientific heart and academic hall of fame. Always walking the most charming alleys along the way we'll stay off the big tourist tracks. The tour ends at the main university of Vienna.

Schnitzel & Strudel: Cooking with Lena
*COVID VACCINATION NECCESSARY* I will share my secrets of making the crispiest Schnitzel and the crunchiest Apfelstrudel with you following my grandmother´s recipies. Take part in my cooking class and I will teach you about the traditional Austrian cuisine. The cooking class will take place in my home - a beautifully decorated apartment in a 200 year old house in the city center - where my grandparents already lived. We will sit down and discuss some dishes of Austrian cuisine and then cook a two or three course meal all together. The menu will consist of a soup, a Chicken Schnitzel with two kinds of salads and an apple strudel for dessert. It'll be all hands on deck – I'll help you every step of the way so that afterwards, you'll be able to make the dishes yourself at home. My Austrian grandmother did a hell of cooking - and I want to pass it on to you. After the class, we will enjoy the beautiful meal and keep chatting. Other things to note We'll be making traditional Austrian food. Most of it contains meat. If you have any dietary/ethical requirements, please message me and we will sort something out for you! Vegetarians are welcome!
Viennese Pastry Tour
If you’ve got a sweet tooth, this tour is for you! Indulge in some of the city’s most delectable desserts on this Vienna pastry tour through the city’s local neighborhoods. We start off the afternoon by riding the subway to a family-owned bakery in the 10th district. There, you will be treated to a variety of typical Viennese pastries, including the famously airy “krapfen” (jam-filled doughnuts). Afterwards, we’ll take some time to explore this area of Favoriten, where you will be able to see the real local Vienna. Then, its back on the subway (by the end of this tour, you will be fully confident in riding the Vienna subway system on your own). We’ll ride over to the 4th district, where we’ll visit a little-known coffee house that makes authentic Austrian cakes and strudels that are, quite simply, delicious. Finally, we’ll walk over to the Naschmarkt, Vienna’s most famous market, to sample some handmade Austrian chocolate creations. Other things to note This tour will mainly be indoors, so you do not have to worry about weather conditions. We will travel by metro and/or tram to give you a local’s view of our public transportation system.
Walk My Favorite Things in Salzburg
Let me show you my personal favorites in Salzburg, what made me fall in love with this city 8 years ago when I moved here during this lovely walk! Of course I will include the locations that you cannot miss while you are visiting, but perhaps from a different angle. I will point out places, art pieces, views and share with you stories that you might not discover or hear about otherwise. During this walk we will visit the centre of Salzburg, you will be able to enjoy its baroque gardens, stroll along its river the Salzach, see its opulent squares; walk amongst its many churches and hills, and along its narrow streets with beautiful pastel coloured houses. However, Salzburg is not only about the past, tradition and history. Let me show you this town's modern side, the art pieces, the contrast between old and new, which I personally love! I also think that being introduced to a city doesn't just mean walking around and learning about its past and seeing the sights. I think for the full experience you need to taste the traditional food and drinks, see a concert or visit a museum. That's the reason why I will give you restaurant and cafe recommendations, tell you about events and exhibitions that are happening now. At the end of our tour you will experience incredible views of the Old Town of Salzburg and the mountains. Please contact me if you don't see a time suitable for you. Other things to note How to recognise me: I'll be the one wearing the Austria Guide badge. Please arrive to the meeting point 10 minutes before start time. There will be opportunities to use public restrooms during our walk.
Great Taste of Vienna
Looking for a fun and tasty experience in Vienna? You've just found it! This Vienna food tour will take you on a culinary adventure through the city, from cafes to street stalls to upscale dining. First up, because it would be rude of us not to offer you a coffee and breakfast before getting started. Instead of going to one of the famous Viennese coffee houses, where mainly tourists wait in line, we will head to one of the few cafes that locals visit in the 1st district. Then, we’ll head into a lively part of the city where most tourists would never think to go. It’s here that we’ll enjoy our first lunch (yes, there will be multiple lunches!), prepared by a renowned Viennese chef. Next stop is a bustling, vibrant local market for our second lunch. Be sure to save some room, though, because next we’ll discover where the locals go for the best coffee in the city. You’ll graze on some sweet and savory delights, hand-picked by your guide. This tour is sure to make you fall in love not just with Viennese food, but with Vienna’s culture. You’ll learn the locals’ secret to “gemütlichkeit” and understand why Vienna is placed so high in the “most liveable city” rankings. Other things to note The tour will take about 5 hours. We provide a very authentic tour that is personable, entertaining, and full of interesting stories about Vienna.
