Studio Family

The approximately 50 m² Studio Familiys are located in the fully developed attic of the Art Nouveau house and overlook the listed, geometric metal rivet decoration of the former commercial court in Riemergasse. All Family studios have an anteroom with a fully equipped, modern kitchenette, a comfortable living room/bedroom with 2 beds, a small bedroom with a single bed, as well as a bathroom with toilet.

Studio Superior

If you want it manageable, but also spacious, you will love our Studio Superior. With its 40 m², it offers plenty of space to feel good. These studios are located in the former stately rooms. The partially historic rooms on the piano nobile are higher than the normal studios and feature high double doors, wood paneling, parquet floors or stucco ceilings.
