A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.

The heart of the small apartment is the cozy living room with corner bench, mini-kitchen and sofa. The double bedroom has a window facing east – in summer you will be woken up directly by the sunrise. A separate single room with another bed faces south. In the house the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by greenery and yet in the middle of the village. You can switch off wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For the guests, the 1st and 2nd floors are reserved and connected by stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studios.
