The apartment is located in the basement, has its own entrance from the garden. Interior: In the entrance to the right is a bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and washing machine. To the left of the entrance hall is the entrance to the kitchen - straight to the left is the bedroom and to the right is the living room. We live on the ground floor, 2 people and 1 cat. The cat doesn't come in the basement. We recommend that a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children live in the apartment. Large garden with barbecue area which you of course also have access to.

Centrally located between Silkeborg, Randers, Viborg and Aarhus. 2.2 km to Ans lake shore where there is the possibility of swimming, sailing and fishing. Get some lovely scenic experiences on this cozy property. Not far from Aalborg, Hobro, Roldskov. There's a big bed in the bedroom that sleeps two. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the house with room for two and we have a guest bed you can put out if you wish. There is access to lovely nature with its own lake.
