Parcheggio gratuito in Via Rainusso, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla casa. Parcheggio a pagamento sotto casa. Non c'è cucina ma sono presenti caffettiera elettrica, frigo, bollitore, microonde e fornello elettrico, quindi un piccolo angolo cottura (attrezzato con l'occorrente per cucinare). Colazione gratuita confezionata. Animali ammessi senza sovrapprezzo!

Apartment completely renovated in 2023. Quiet accommodation and close to public transportation. By car 10 min. from Bologna International Airport, 5 minutes from the Unipol Arena and 15 min. from the station and the historic center. The nearest supermarket is 150 meters from the front door. We are a 5-minute walk from the suburban train that connects us with Bologna station in 20 minutes. The bus stop is 3 minutes away on foot and you can reach various destinations, see the TPER website

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

If you are looking for nature, quiet and a fantastic view of the Apuan Alps right from your balcony, then this is the place for you. We are 40 minutes from Bologna airport. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries. You can explore the region of Emilia Romagna, and return each evening and watch the sun go down with a chilled glass of wine. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)
