Nice little 45 m2 single-family home located in the Plaine Valley, in a small village of 150 inhabitants in a quiet area. The house is located at the foot of the trail leading to Lake Maix and close to the Donon mountain range. The accommodation consists of a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. My cottage is new, having a mezzanine height 1m60 maximum with a double bed, it is ideal for two people, the bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower with toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave and fridge and washing machine. Our accommodation also has air conditioning. There is also a lounge area with TV. Outside a garden furniture and barbecue is available under a pergola.
