Superb 2P waterfront apartment

Very nice seafront apartment, you will only have to cross the street to get to the beach. Close to many seaside restaurants and city center. Our apartment is located 10 minutes walk from Menton train station and shops, and old town. Reserved carpark in the basement. Large 50m2 apartment with living room, American kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with reading corner or single bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Well insulated with double windows and reversible air conditioning.

It is 10 minutes by tram from Jean Medecin (main commercial area of the city) and 15 minutes from the Promenade des Anglais and beach . it is very well connected by buses as by the tram which is 2mn walk from the studio, shops and restaurants nearby. the tram takes you to the airport.
