The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

Cozy apartment in Loitz the the river Peene at the harbor. Here you can swim, paddle (and rent canoes) and cycle! The apartment is on the ground floor of a renovated house from 1900 and has its own entrance. The apartment is 56m2 and has a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed (1 person) in the living room. If required, we can provide an additional air mattress. The apartment is barrier-free and has no thresholds.

The apartment has its own entrance and garden area. 4 sheep and 5 cats inhabit the large garden. 2 e-bikes can be rented. Wood-burning stove sauna & hot pot are available for a fee. The village of Barlin is a very nice place to vacation with horses and a playground. Forest and lakes are close. We former Berliners live next door as a family.

For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. The holiday apartment is located in an historic store. It is ecologically developed, consists of a large living room with open kitchen and sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom. There is a terrace with garden furniture, possibilities for grilling and smoking, a campfire pit and tent facilities for children. Pets live on the farm and there is a small fishing pond.

The apartment consists of a combined living / kitchen area, a bedroom, as well as a small bathroom. The separate entrance to the apartment is via the terrace, which can also be shared.
