Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. Ons zelf ontworpen vakantiehuisje met 2 slaapkamers ligt op 45 minuten rijden van Amsterdam, midden in de velden. Gelegen op een kleinschalig particulier parkje waar wij ook nog een ander vakantiehuisje verhuren, genaamd; Familie Buitenhuys. Vanuit de woning kijk je uit over de velden en dijk aan het Markermeer: ​​Nederland in zijn puurste vorm! De woning is gericht op comfort (er is vloerverwarming) maar met leuke, eigenzinnige details en een speelse indeling. Maximaal 4 personen + baby.

Blokker "The Fruity Garden" Bed & Breakfast

Welcome to Bed & Breakfast "De Fruitige Tuin" of Paul and Corry Hienkens. The B&B is located in Blokker: a small village in the province of Noord-Holland, located near the historic port cities of Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Behind our house (former farmhouse from 1834) is the B&B: a detached chalet (a high light space) located on the edge of the spacious garden. Deck and wheelhouse in Hoorn (parking available)

The deck-house and wheelhouse in the back of a former sailing cargo-ship van 1888 is transformed into a small apartment . The rest of the boat is a shop with sailing / marine equipment and a bunker station. The entrance is due to the age of the ship a small steep stair, keep that in mind. The surrounding is a lively harbor with sail-ships and cruise-ships. There is a parking available for €5 - a night very closeby. So enjoy the sound and movements of the water!

Oostwoud by the water

Relax and unwind in our detached cottage in a natural setting, right next to the church in the heart of Oostwoud! Enjoy the vistas over the farmyard and the fields towards Abbekerk, Twisk/Opperdoes and Medemblik. Look out over through fishing and waterways. Rent a boat or a sup and hit the water! Nature reserve "the egbutzwater" is nearby and the beach the sweet sea at Medemblik is also worth it. Cycling, walking, sailing or by car? You can go anywhere here!

Our Conqueror is at the most beautiful spot of the campsite next to our beautiful large oak, in the middle of the high grass. Enjoy the most magnificent sunrises and come and swim in the Markermeer. Explore the area by inflatable canoe /sup board and heat a cozy fire in the evening. Let your child be a wonderful child on our campsite (toy chest and 2 large trampolines) and enjoy all the dragonflies, butterflies, ladybugs and clover four that are abundant

The cottage with a surface of 36 square meters consists of entrance, living room including kitchen, shower room with toilet and bath and hallway with narrow stairs to the bedroom. The garden was redesigned in November 2022, there are various seats also on wide water. Your car can be parked on the quiet parking lot 150 meters from the house.

Welcome to our 17th century building, a national monument. Our building is located in the Prinsenstraat, between the old harbour and the main shopping street, right in the heart of the city centre. Supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants are located around the corner. Museums and other sights are all within walking distance. We are surrounded by harbours and water.
