The house is in the middle of vineyards, fields, in the recreational area Frankenwarte only 5 min. Walking distance to the well-known excursion destination "Käppele". The expansive garden has a large Pool area, terraces with seating and sunbathing area, outdoor kitchen with gas grill. There is a playground and children's playroom.

This listed and modernized vacation home awaits you in the heart of Sommerhausen. It offers space on approx. 120 square meters for a vacation for two or the whole family. The central location in the middle of the village offers the advantage of short distances (Main, vineyard, cafes, restaurants, shopping, public transport). On some weekends, due to the location on the old market square, our guests are right in the middle of our great wine festivals (for dates see pictures).

Ο χώρος είναι ανακαινισμένος με πολύ φροντίδα και προσήλωση στις ανάγκες μιας οικογένειας. Ο κήπος με την παιδική χαρά είναι κοινόχρηστος και βρίσκεται πίσω από το διαμέρισμα ! Ιδανικό μέρος για οικογενειακές διακοπές λόγω του πλήρους εξοπλισμού. Βρεφική κούνια, καθίσμα φαγητού, παιδική πολυθρόνα και κάθισμα μπάνιου είναι στον εξοπλισμό του σπιτιού. Η στάση λεωφορείου είναι 2 λεπτά από το διαμέρισμα. Χώρος στάθμευσης χωρίς επιβαρύνσεις σε δημόσιο χώρο.

Living on the Main 1a-ammain

The house is only a few meters away from the Main and is completely at your disposal. Direct connection to the Maintalradweg to Würzburg (8 km). Bikes can be parked and loaded in the barn in the dry. Free parking is about 300 metres away, and there is free parking on the street until February 2026. The pedestrian bridge to Veitshöchheim is 500 metres away. Playgrounds and a restaurant with a beer garden are about 200 metres from the house.
