Auf einem kleinen Hügel mit Seeblick steht das schöne gelbe Haus. Hier kann man herrlich entspannen und beim Frühstück Rehe und Rentiere beobachten.. Bis zu 5 Personen finden in unserem Haus Platz, die schöne Küche , der gemütliche Kamin und die schöne Umgebung bieten Möglichkeit abzuschalten. Auch Wander-und Angelfreunde, Langläufer und Alpinskifahrer haben in der Umgebung viel zu entdecken,im Sommer bietet der See willkommene Abkühlung und von Okt - März kann man die Nordlichter tanzen sehen

När Storsjön dånar kan du tända brasan & titta ut genom panoramafönster & njuta av Oviksfjällen i horisonten. Ca 20 min från Östersund & ca 1h till Årefjällen eller Bydalsfjällen. Simple house in stunning nature!

A nice and cosy old house set in the stunning Swedish countryside! Biking, hiking and Snowscooter trails lead right to the door! This was our family home until last year and the house is well set-up for families. There is a dedicated trail down to the river (300 meters) where you can borrow our Canoe and there are many nice swimming and BBQ spots within 20 mins walk/drive. The nearest store, train station and summer cafe is 7 mins drive away in Tvärålund. Buses run regularly into Umeå.

Mysigt boende med sjöutsikt i naturskönt område . Huset är delvis nyrenoverat 2020. På nedre plan finns ett stort vardagsrum, kök, stort badrum samt en liten toalett. På övre plan finns två sovrum med 6 sovplatser. - Tillgång till bastu finns i ett intilliggande hus, inklusive dusch och toalett. I huset finns också en bäddsoffa som rymmer två gäster. - Badstrand i närheten. - Närmaste matvarubutik finns i Bygdsiljum, 8 km bort - Närhet till slalombacke, 8 km.

This exclusive house by the Luleå river is located 9km outside Boden centrum on an island called Kusön not far from the famous Tree Hotel and Artic bath. The House is top standard, built in 2017 If you want silence and a chance to experience northern lights in winter or midnight sun during summer from the hot tub under the sky this is the place.

Välkommen att bo i en privat del i ena halvan av en nybyggd enplansvilla med egen entré. Huset ligger i ett barnvänligt villakvarter nära naturen, ca 10-15 minuter med bil från Skellefteå centrum. Jag & mina två söner bor i andra delen av villan. Närmsta busshållplats ca 800m. Mataffär, pizzeria, gym, utebad, apotek ca 2km
