Refurbished guest house on a small horse farm

Small farmhouse, 45 sqm, 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower & washing machine, and combined kitchen/living area with TV, located on a small horse farm with all amenities. Sheets and towels and some coffee are included. 1.5 km from the E12 in the village with Sweden's second longest birch alley. Close to the nature reserve Brånsjön, the ski slope Middagsberget, 4 km to central Vännäs and 30 km to central Umeå. Buses within walking distance. Animals are on the farm but the farmhouse is hypoallergenic, no animals stay there. Wifi is available.

Cosy accommodation with a lake view in a scenic area. On the lower floor, there is a large living room, a kitchen, a large bathroom and a small toilet. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with 6 beds. - A sauna and hot tub are available for rent in an adjacent house. There is also a small toilet with a shower in that house. There is also a sofa bed in the house that can accommodate two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Close to a ski slope, 8 km.

Settle and relax in the tranquil glory of nature and yet not out of the world... The stuga, that is right next to the river, offers something for everyone. The apartment is ideal for 2-4adults or a family with two children. The living room can be used flexibly as a bedroom. Activities during the summertime are enjoying and relaxing in the sun, hiking, berry picking, cycling, fishing, swimming etc. The wonderful wintertime invites for snowshoe tours, ice fishing just enjoying peace and nature!

The Lergrova cottage, fireplace, river and forest.

Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. Newly renovated and homely boat house in Norrbyn, about 4 miles south of Umeå. Private beach, dock, wood-fired sauna, row boat and SUP. Accommodates up to four people, with sofa bed and loft. Fully equipped kitchen, fresh bathroom, wifi as well as a crib and high chair if needed. Farmhouse connected. Quiet and close to nature, perfect for relaxing or working all year round. 🐕 Pets welcome. ❌ No parties. 🚗 Free parking. Taking the ferry over to Norrbyskär is worth seeing.

Cozy farmhouse with proximity to the city center, hiking & biking trails, swimming lake & fishing (Note: NO cleaning or storage of fish is allowed inside the cabin!). The cabin has one double bedroom for 2 people, made up with light duvets & soft sheets. Fully-equipped kitchen, dining area & living room with fireplace. Toilet with shower, towels & shower supplies. No pets allowed! Check-in from 3 pm. Check-out by 11 am Disturbing music from cars can occur on weekends.

Here you will find peace for rest, enjoy in a quiet environment by the Umeälven river and nature. Sit by the beach, barbecue area , swimming and sunbathing. Close to a slalom slope, lots of miles of nice snowmobile trails, there are companies that rent out snowmobiles, fishing in a river or lake, ice fishing or summer fishing. On the farm, we have hens and a rooster that crows beautifully, creating a rural atmosphere. Sometimes there may be new eggs to enjoy.
