Cozy cottage built in 2017 with stunning lake views, private small yard and parking, rural location in the village of Norra Bergfors, only 200 meters from Lake Varuträsket, 1 km from the swimming area and about 15 km from Skellefteå. The cottage has a ground floor with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed and toilet/shower of 25 sqm and a sleeping loft of 10 sqm. As a guest, you also have the opportunity to use ski trails outside the door. The cottage is not rented out to smokers. The cottage is not rentable for smokers.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with 6 sleeping places. - Sauna available for rent in an adjacent house, including shower and toilet. There is also a sofa bed in the house that sleeps two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom slope, 8 km.

Located on the edge of the wooded Åsele, The Farmers Shed offers comfortable accommodation for 2 to 4 people in Swedish Lapland. This cottage is fully equipped with a complete kitchen, electric heating and an atmospheric fireplace for the colder evenings Indoors, you will find a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for couples or small families.
