Farmhouse of 30 square meters right on the water in beautiful Stöcksjö. The guest have the entire house at their disposal. The house houses an integrated kitchen, hallway and living room overlooking the lake. In the house, there is also 1 bedroom and 1 toilet. Free parking in the yard. Wifi is available. On the property, there is a separate sauna with shower and toilet. In the area there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter, there are ski tracks on the lake and an ice weak for winter swimming . An idyll only about 10 minutes drive from Umeå.

In the sleeping area you will find two very comfortable boxspring beds, which can be used as a double bed or as single beds. Close to a slalom slope, lots of miles of nice snowmobile trails, there are companies that rent out snowmobiles, fishing in a river or lake, ice fishing or summer fishing. On the farm, we have hens and a rooster that crows beautifully, creating a rural atmosphere. Sometimes there may be new eggs to enjoy.
