If you like to be out in nature, cross-country skiing, picking berries/mushrooms, hanging out on the beach, or just getting away from the city pulse, this accommodation at Brännäset is something for you! Sörmjöle is located on the coast about 20 km south of Umeå. There are buses to Umeå several times a day. In the village, there is a convenience store, and Hörnefors is about eight kilometers away – there are grocery stores, a pharmacy, bathhouse, gym and train station.

Small but cozy covered terrace with room for table and 2-3 chairs. Next to the terrace there is a shower and toilet. You have the cottage to yourself! Beach is located at Sandnäsudden (about 1 km). The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hotplates. The "Fireplace Room" with many windows has its own wood-burning fireplace that both heats and creates its own atmosphere. A toilet (water-soluble toilet) Separett) is available next to the Fireplace Room. Door from the fireplace room leads to private patio. The shower is out in the wood-fired sauna trailer. SEK 520/night/1 person, then SEK 190/night for each extra guest

A newly-built log house that gives the feeling and impression of an older house. Kitchen and dining area as well as sofa bed and wood-fired stove, toilet with shower on the first floor, sleeping loft one floor up with 2 beds. Located next to Umnäsvägen with the forest and Lake Umnäs just around the corner. Wonderful nature for hiking or biking. Gardfjället is about 20 minutes away by snowmobile, excellent for skiing in the surroundings and up in the mountains. Nice fishing waters nearby. Boat with motor available to rent.

Eljest Bed and Breakfast

Rurally located on Ön (an island in Umeälven) and within walking distance of both the airport and central Umeå, you will find this micro house on wheels. The house is fully equipped with all the amenities and you can choose if you want to buy breakfast or arrange it yourself in the nice kitchen. In summer, we have the open craft shop and garden cafe Eljest on the same farm. Large parking lot is about 50 meters from the house. There is an opportunity to charge your electric car at cost. Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. You are very close to both Ski slopes and a golf course. For more tips of activities see the section "The neighborhood".

Surrounded by stately pine forest and mirror-like water, this cottage invites you to a relaxing and secluded existence. The cottage blends beautifully into the surrounding nature. On the jetty, you can enjoy the fresh air and the amazing view of the water, while the cast iron fireplace spreads warmth and creates a cozy atmosphere indoors. It is also possible to take a relaxing fishing trip on the lake or explore the surrounding forests and their beautiful trails in the area.

Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops. Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. It´s a dream from children and safe, also perfect for well behaved dogs.

Beautiful Cabin

In our typically Swedish guest hut, you will find 30m2 of space in two rooms. In the sleeping area you will find two very comfortable boxspring beds, which can be used as a double bed or as single beds. In our small kitchenette, which is very comfortably equipped and the practical small oven, you could easily prepare a delicious meal. The woodburning stove radiates the charm of hut romanticism and lets you relax in comforting warmth. There are several dogs in the area!
