Wood-fired sauna with panoramic windows & outdoor shower available on the dock Open the windows & sit down in the beautiful Lounge Chairs and just enjoy the view of the water. Air conditioning is available in the guesthouse so you sleep well in the warm summer night. The double beds are made with freshly pressed sheets from Mille Notti.

Find peace and meet the adventure in this newly built wooden house about 1.5 hours from Stockholm City. The house exudes a love of nature and is located on a peaceful island in the Stockholm archipelago, which is mostly made up of nature reserves. There are no cars or noises here but only wild berries and wild life. Close to the sea, your own jetty (see picture) is about 100 meters from the house. Access to a wood-burning stove, a wood-fired sauna, 2 sea kayaks (K1), and 4 bicycles (all included in the rent).

Njut av havet precis framför huset och slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. En stor brygga med matbord, loungemöbler, grill, eldplats och en liten gräsmatta omger er. I en separat stuga 5m från detta boende finns en rymlig bastu med havsutsikt. Spa pool finns ca 50 meter från huset I sjöboden finns en säng och en bäddsoffa. Är ni fler än 4 personer så kan ni hyra till ytterligare en stuga för 4 personer Vandringsleder, café, restauranger och mycket annat finns bara10-20 min bort

Njut av i detta unika hus med en bedårande utsikt över havet och himlen. Njut av solnedgången på berget bakom huset (ca 100 meter) där det också finns enklare stolar och bord (gemensamt med grannarna).Det finns många promenadstigar i området och även ett naturreservat, badklippor, sandstrand och en liten vacker sjö som ligger ca 40 minuters promenad från huset. Huset för dig som söker maximal avkoppling och lyx. Ett mindre hus nedanför detta hyrs ibland ut separat till andra hyresgäster.

Our stunning house is built on a cliff overviewing the waterways leading into Stockholm. South aspect with views stretches from east to west. Private beach (shared with 2 other nice neighbours), jetty and wood fired sauna . The house has one master bedroom, 2 bedrooms plus a guest house, bedroom no 4. The deck has a lounge, hot tub (39 degrees year around), outdoor kitchen and open fireplace/BBQ. We are located 30 min from downtown Stockholm, 10 minutes from a shopping centre.
